If you are not happy with your purchase, GEECEEZ will refund the purchase price of all unused vouchers for a period of up to 14 days. No questions asked.

Refunds will be processed in the form of payment used to buy the voucher.

Vouchers have no cash value and partial refunds are not allowed.

To request a refund, please email refunds@geeceez.com with your user login (your registered email address), voucher number and activation code. This information can be found on your printed voucher. Please allow up to 7 days for refunds to be processed, although most refunds are processed within 24 hours.

For retail product purchases, refunds will be handled directly by the merchant from which the products were sold in accordance with the merchant's own refund and warranty policy.
